Visit Britain’s official monthly guide to London
This handy pocket-sized guide has the largest distribution of any London visitor publication. Since 1984 London Planner has been the official monthly guide of Visit Britain – the UK’s national tourism agency that markets Britain worldwide – and London & Partners – the Mayor’s official promotional organisation for the city. London Planner’s circulation of 100,000 a month, with a readership of more than 245,000 a month, is thanks to the magazine's distribution across 46 global markets, timed to target visitors weeks ahead of their arrival in the city.
London Planner is packed with information on things to do, see and eat in London, with a particular emphasis on family attractions. It combines authoritative recommendations with an informal, easily accessible editorial style.
29,300 copies distributed on inbound routes to London; 24,500 distributed across the UK; 22,000 across Tourist Information Centres in the UK and on key rail routes; and 48,700 distributed in London at Tourist Information Centres and Travel Points and a range of the city's three- and four-star hotels.
Each issue is also available to download worldwide through two of Britain’s biggest visitor information websites, visitlondon.com with two million users each month, and visitbritain.com with 450,000 users each month.
“London Planner always features as part of my core marketing strategy because it performs so well in my market research. Even unprompted, many of my visitors identify it as a key source of information about the museum. It has an elegant simplicity that makes it accessible to visitors from all nations.”
